2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Repeated refused deliveries may affect eligibility for future Cash on Delivery orders.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Cash on Delivery service is available only for eligible locations.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are not applicable unless payment has already been collected.
